Terms and Conditions for Move It - Services Include House Removals, House Clearances, Rubbish Removal, Light Haulage, Caravan, Boat, and Trailer Towing

1. Service Agreement: By engaging with Move It, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms apply to all services provided, including but not limited to house removals, house clearances, rubbish removal, light haulage, caravan, boat, and trailer towing.

2. Booking and Confirmation: To secure our services, clients must make a booking through our official channels. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due upon completion of the service.

3. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least Severn days before the scheduled service date. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances.

4. Pricing and Quotes: All prices are provided in the initial quote and are based on the information provided by the client. Any additional services or changes to the scope of work may incur extra charges. Quotes are valid for Severn days from the date of issuance.

5. Liability: Move It will exercise reasonable care in providing our services; however, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of items during transit, removal, or disposal. Clients are advised to procure insurance for valuable items.

6. Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment during the provision of our services. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any hazards or risks related to the property or items being handled.

7. Access to Property: Clients must ensure that our team has unrestricted access to the property on the agreed-upon service date and time. Any delays or additional costs incurred due to restricted access will be the client's responsibility.

8. Termination of Services: Move It reserves the right to terminate services if, at any point, our team deems the environment unsafe, or if the client violates the terms and conditions outlined herein.

9. Confidentiality: All client information and details of the services provided will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Move It will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the services provided by Move It will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.

 

By engaging with Move It, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Move It reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and clients will be notified of any changes.
